Network Support Engineer
Our client a leading IT organisation has an urgent need for a Network Support Engineer. As the Network Support Engineer you will provide high level support (level 1, 2, 3) to the Support Analysts and end users in case of non - routine problems (eg. software bugs, hardware problems, configuration problems etc.). The ideal candidate will be able to create standard procedures (SOP'S) on behalf of the daily operational environment to offer solutions for problems and also design new infrastructure solutions and introduce new applications.
Essentials Skills Knowledge:
Knowledge of CCNP:
- TCP/IP
- MPLS & BGP routing
- Switching infra ( Layer2, layer3, STP, Qos, Cisco WLC, )
Knowledge of Cisco
- ASA (VPN + Firewall)
- ACE Load Balancing
Firewall (asa/checkpoint) and Proxy (IBM TAM & Bluecoat) knowledge.
