Description
An Acute Trust in the heart of London are seeking to appoint an Interim General Manager for Adult Community Services.- To develop a comprehensive directorate performance management framework, consistent with the corporate framework to ensure that all aspects of the directorate's performance is appropriately monitored and managed.
- Line manage, coach and develop Lead Clinicians and other senior staff and conduct their annual performance appraisal in conjunction with the Clinical Director.
- Ensure effective financial management of the directorate's complex and multi-stranded resources (circa £50m) , and that the directorate and its staff comply with the Trust standing financial instructions, that the directorate functions within its agreed financial control totals, and that resource utilisation is regularly reviewed.
- Provide leadership to facilitate the development and implementation of an estates strategy for community services that supports the strategic intention of greater mobile working and the creation of chronic care hubs.
