Change Implementation Manager - Transfer Agency/Dublin/Luxembourg Domiciled funds
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Rates: Market Rates
Duration: 6-12 months
The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the full spectrum of activities relating to the Team Leadership of a Multi-Client and Multi-Platform program of Implementation work, including:
- Implementation line management of the project across European locations, working from Luxembourg with travel to both Dublin and London required.
- Develop and execute on an overall Implementation strategy; Build teams to succeed by assessing the deliverables and aligning team members with the appropriate skills
- Taking ownership and responsibility for Implementation.
- Managing change within a vendor structured release cycle; ensuring communication to stakeholders, prioritisation review and impact analysis are regularly addressed.
- Working with the technology and product development resources to ensure well defined requirements are documented and executed on; ensuring project scope and delivery timeline are foremost priorities.
- Working with the technology and change governance management to ensure resources and schedules are aligned and communicated in a timely manner.
- Understand operational processes in order to provide best possible solutions to change requests
- Ensure solutions are designed in a collaborative manner, and in line with strategic principles
- Raises and looks to provide solutions for issues, risk and problems in a timely manner
- Executes with appropriate sense of urgency; adheres to deadlines and encourages team to do the same.
- Executive Summary communications to governance team and line management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, professional project certification, or equivalent work experience required
- 12+ years experience working in a Fund Services environment with proven Implementation line management responsibilities
- Considerable experience within Transfer Agency, on Dublin/Luxembourg Domiciled funds.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Visio, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Process Management, Analysis and Design methodologies.
- Experience of a managing across multiple work-streams at a global level, with virtual teams
- Proactive, well organised, detail oriented, possess strong decision making ability and capacity to work independently.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluent English essential.
- Good listening and questioning skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational/planning skills
- Ability to multi- task and deliver within exacting timelines.
