Travel: Position is intended for South Bay location but some travel may be required
Job Description:
- Coordinates the entire invoice payment life cycle from receipt of invoice to final payment and closeout of contracts. The primary focus of this position is invoice processing which includes validation of invoices for adherence to contract terms, obtaining appropriate signatures, logging of received/sent/payment dates, and reconciliation of payment activity. Follow-up of invoice issues with Accounts payable and vendors is also expected.

Required Qualifications:
- BA in Finance or Accounting required
- Plus 3+ years of direct relevant experience
- 2 years in a financial analysis and/or accounting role in architectural, design, contracting, project management or construction environment
- Experience with Invoicing, General Contractor Payment Applications
- Must have a construction finance/accounting background
- Must be very good with systems/technology
- Very proficient with Excel (pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint
- Very strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment
