Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst - Boston, MA $60-$80 per hour

*Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts.
*Identify & Contribute to process improvement activities.
*Lead small tasks and business process analysis sessions.
*Organize, participate, and conduct application walk-throughs, and other internal presentations.
*Create project related documents including system requirements; requirement traceability Matrix and work with QA team in documenting System test scripts.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
*Provide monthly feedback to the executive team on product roadmap and updates to customer facing documentation.
*Assist in problem and issue resolution with project, product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.
*Acting as a Liaison between IT & business by managing relationship
*Configuration of objects, creating workflows, documentation, and validation use
Requirements:
*At least 2+ years of Salesforce experience
*Candidates must have experience working multiple areas of the Salesforce
*Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
*Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Experience with Salesforce is a MUST have.
*Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
*Ability to multitask in an ever changing fast paced environment
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality
*Proven background in SFDC Business Analyst or Sr. Administrator
