RF Consultant - China
Manning Global, is urgently looking for a number of RF Consultants to join our one of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company to be based in China.
Number of positions: 1
Contract Type: 6months rolling
Start Date: asap
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for RNP/RNO
-Responsible for project implementation and management of GSM / UMTS / CDMA / TD-SCDMA/Wimax / LTE network planning and optimization
-Responsible for optimization of voice service and data service, responsible for improvement of network quality and user experience
-Responsible for customer communication and the successful delivery of the project.
-Responsible for RNP/RNO project design and problem management
-Responsible for customer engineer training and internal staff guidance
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or computer related fields
-At least 8 years working experience in network planning and optimization, proficient in GSM, CDMA, UMTS or LTE network optimization and principle of telecommunication, familiar with RNP/RNO project delivery process
-With delivery experience in medium-sized projects or project development experience;
-Good communication and presentation, have a good consciousness of service
-Fluency in English, Chinese skill is desirable but not essential
-Be able to adapt to the global business or resident abroad
