Sage CRM/Data Analyst/SQL/Access/Excel/VBA/SAS

Our client is currently looking for an experienced MI Analyst to work in their office in South wales on a contract basis.

Type: Contract

Rate: £350- £450pd

Location: South West

Role:

Support the development of CRM initiatives through the delivery of detailed customer insight analysis. Previous experience of data analytics focused on call center enviroments.

Key Abilities:
  • Experience of data analytics within call center enviroment.
  • SQL - to a high level
  • SQL Server r8/2012 experience
  • Excel - knowledge including functions, macros, pivot tables and VBA
  • Access to a good level - some VBA
  • Sage CRM experience is essential
  • Excellent understanding of concepts of relational databases
  • DBA experience
