I am currently seeking a Service manager who specialises within Plastic Surgery, to work in London with a key client of mine.

They are looking for an interim to come on board for an initial 6 month contract with a view for an extension!

The key responsibilities will be:
  • To manage administrative and support teams within the service.
  • Delivery appraisal and mandatory training requirements for all staff within these teams.
  • Support the infrastructure which measures performance within the services (including RTT reports, waiting lists, discharge summary completion, outpatient new to follow up ratios, diagnostic treatment status and length of stay. Also ensure data validation is completed to achieve required national and local RTT targets and milestones.
  • Participate in monitoring and maintaining compliance with relevant CQC standards.
  • Work with clinical colleagues and the site management team to facilitate effective bed management.
  • Contribute to decisions on prioritising admissions to ensure national targets are met and where problems are identified taking corrective action in discussion with clinical colleagues.
