Description
Qualification:
- Degree in IT
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Knowledge in the large corporate customer segment, bank (Internet banking customer service experience is advantageous)
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Ability to provide qualitative delivery at daily routine tasks
- Accuracy and high attention to details
- Ability to work with standard processes and follow instructions but also taking own initiatives to enhancements in the work process
- Fluent in English and Swedish (written and verbal)
