Manning Global, is urgently looking for a Cutover Manager– United Kingdom for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company.

Principal Job Description:
Planning and Managing the Cut-Over on a MAJOR BSS program
Define and execute on the cut over strategy and plan
Being responsible for cutover preparations and readiness and cut-over execution on the weekend of migration to the new solution
Being responsible for Cut-Over for Solution, 3d parties that the Client is responsible for in its role of a system integrator;
Guide the Customer in preparation and execution of the Cut-Over
Work out and monitor execution of detailed pre-, cut over and post-cut-over steps
Form Cut-over team
Manage the process of cut-over solutions definition and approvals
Organize and run cut-over rehearsals
Manage communication and co-operation between Client, Customer and 3d parties (>40)
Leading on the cut over weekend
Responsible for after cut-over activities
Basic Qualification, Skills & Experience:
10 years or above BSS/IT/Telco technical background
Strong management experience and excellent leadership skills;
Excellent Project Management skills
Proven ability to interact and lead in a multi-cultural environment
Hands- on experience of managing, at least, two BSS/IT transformation projects as cut over manager or senior migration manager.
Proven track record of success in managing at least 2 large programs
Hands on attitude
100% target orientation
Driven and ‘failure is not an option’ culture
Degree or above in a relevant discipline.
