My Client a leading Bank based in Canary Wharf is looking for Central Services Administrator to join their team for a 3-6 month contract, Rate £250 a day

Main Duties
The successful candidate will be highly organised, independent, pragmatic yet be flexible and enjoy developing interpersonal relationships with the various stakeholders in the front-office. A preference for numbers, detail and process-appreciation is also essential for this role. Main duties will include:
- Creation and management Org unit Structures on behalf of the Front Office businesses
- Creation and management of positions for hiring/transfers/leavers
- Liaising with stakeholders for front-office staff in relation to OneHR processes to ensure consistent control
- Working with Project team to analyse legacy structures and reorganise to create futureproof Org unit hierarchy structures
- Liaise with technical SAP team to ensure migration is implemented in the most efficient process
- Helping with adhoc requests from Central Services team as they arise
Person Requirements
- Degree level education
- Current working knowledge of SAP HR org structures
- Numerate with spreadsheets from an Intermediate level of Excel
- Ability to produce structured, clear and fluently written communication.
- Confident to engage in conversations with all levels of staff via phone and face to face interactions.
- Must have worked within a large team environment providing data entry/analysis/expense processing at a fast pace.
- Pref Investment banking exposure
- Highly organized and driven individual who is able to multi-task and priorise high volume workload.
- Enthusiastic self starter who can work as easily in a team as on their own but is driven and focused.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels and remain calm under pressure and aware of confidentiality issues/concerns.
- Good work ethic and quality of output with an eye for detail and proactive nature.
- Process orientated, logical and analytical mindset and who enjoys problem solving.
