eContent Syndication Senior PM
Application Project Manager in charge of coordinating the design and construct of our eContent syndication solution for my client's Market:
*Acting as single point of contact for the eContent syndication initiative to deliver solution in line with requirements.
*Working closely with various stakeholders and solution owner to ensure proper integration of the eContent syndication solution with existing source system.
Main responsibilities:
Manage & coordinate the Request for Information, selection and implementation of eContent syndication solution
- Managing of a proof of concept project around Digital Content Syndication with participation from multiple markets.
- Establish & manage the necessary governance with the project sponsor, process leader, and operational steering, POC markets so that key decisions, issue escalation, and communication occur throughout the life of the project.
- Hold regular governance meetings with all stakeholders & publish weekly, monthly project status updates
- Responsible for Project Management Deliverables (Project charter, deliverable based work breakdown structure, plan, issues list )
- Accountable for Project Deliverables and Project Budget
- Manages Project's risks, quality and procurement
- Governance of project changes to ensure all project scope changes supported by approved change requests and necessary plan and budget adjustments
- Manage planning, and regular communication with functional / technical stakeholders
- Make sure the standards are respected and followed and guide all technical team members towards aligning to these standards
Skills:
- Application Project Management on large projects in international organizations with a disciplined overview of priorities and technical integrations.
- Functional and Technical Design skills with international mind-set and digital, eContent projects
- Successful delivery of several end to end application deployment projects (size from 1-5 mio CHF budget)
- PMP certification & excellent Microsoft project skills
- Experience in delivering successful digital IT projects
- Experience in dealing with Retailers business
Language(s):
Must speak fluent English and French is a plus.
