Senior Network Architect, £400-£500 per day - BristolJob Role: Senior Network Architect / Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £400-£500 per day
Technology: CCNP, CCIE & CISSP, Cisco, Juniper, F5 Firewalls & Load Balancing
One of Bristol's fastest growing businesses requires two Senior Network Architect or Senior Network Engineers. You will be considered a key figure within a brand new team which has been built & created for Senior Networking Figures.
The key aims of these roles are to help deliver on all Cisco, Juniper & F5 related projects - whether catering for 5,000 or 100,000 users.
Candidates will have experience within the following;
Essential;
- CCNP (Minimum), CCIE & CISSP certifications
- Demonstrable Cisco experience in routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Cisco data centre network design
- Experience of technology from leading vendors Juniper, F5 and Force10
- Application load balancing technologies (F5, Barracuda)
- Cisco security (ASA firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Proven Technical Lead experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
- Managing network operations for enterprise data centre deployments
- Excellent problem management skills
- Ability to communicate with customers, stakeholders and at all levels in the business.
Desirable;
- Delivering quality in an ITIL framework
- B2B Networks with complex security requirements
- Design and management of networks supporting SIP-based telephony products (Audiocodes, Cisco Call Manager)
- Exposure to open source and commercial network management tools
- CCIE (Written & LAB)
- SIEM & AlienVault experience
