Description
For our client in the banking sector we are looking for a skilled RCSA Business Analyst for a 6 month project in Zürich, Switzerland.Business Analyst - Risk and Controls Self Assessment (RCSA)
Main Tasks:
- Analysis, assessment and documentation of the operational risk of the Swiss business
- Identification, definition and documentation of risk mitigating controls for the Swiss business
- Coordination within Sales and Trading Services (STS) and with support organizations front to back to deliver a holistic, front to back RCSA for the Swiss Business
Qualifications and experience:
- Language: German and English (must have)
- Experienced business analyst in financial industry (min. 5 years)
- Strong coordination capabilities, communication and collaboration skills
- Autonomous, accurate and structured working style
- Ability to think conceptually and in frameworks
- Good writing skills: Ability to describe complex matters in short and easy understandable manner
- Banking/financial services background with basic know-how of:
- Products traded (Securities, Options, Funds, Foreign Exchange…)
- Functions across the value chain (Sales, Trading, Execution, Operations, Product Control, Risk Management and their core processes
