SQL Developer Needed for 6 month Contract in Solihull.An experienced SQL Developer/DBA is required to work in a small Business Intelligence Team in Solihull.
The job entails DBA work initially.
- Disaster Recovery
- OLAP
- Replication
- Datawarehouse environments
- Tuning/Fine tuning/configuring SQL server configurations/storage
Development on the database:
- Data modelling
- Cubes
- MDX
- SSAS
- SSIS
- SSRS
- Reporting/Creating new reports/adhoc reports for management
- Information gathering (So must be a good communicator).
