Description
Change project manager with Six Sigma required for leading project in central Manchester.
Responsibilities:
*Undertake detailed project planning, using established methodologies and governance and have a thorough, demonstrable understanding of project management processes
*Operate and influence at senior/Exec level to represent projects, influence decision making, anticipate emerging needs of the business and respond accordingly
*Project manage multiple cross-functional teams to deliver agreed products
*Work within the New Product Development Process, and make recommendations for improvement
*Influence and communicate effectively verbally and by producing analysis and design deliverables to inform those decisions and ensure project scope is well defined
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience
*A self-starting, inquisitive, results driven individual
*Confident decision maker with proven experience of communicating and influencing with key stakeholders
*Ability to analyse complex data, summarise and make recommendations
*Excellent organisation and planning ability
*Experience of working according to project management standards, tools and techniques like PMI, Prince 2
*Experience of working in financial services is desirable
*Experienced in change management and lean/six sigma
