Korus are delighted to be working with a well established IT services organisation in the Kingston upon Hull area. This SME organisation who have offices across the country are looking for an Operations Manager to help lead their Managed Services area of the business. Ideally the successful candidate would have experience of Service and Support preferably from a managed service perspective.
The perfect candidate would be charismatic, organised, efficient and with excellent stakeholder management skills. Dealing with 3rd parties including councils and government organisations requires patience and diligence whilst ensuring that you meet contracted requirements and standards.
