An exciting opportunity is now available with Quanta.Our client is a fast-growing medical device manufacturing organisation, based in the south of the UK, looking for a Contracts Administrator to prepare bids and tenders in a consistent professional manner.
As a Contracts Administrator you will provide a value-added differentiation to the customers and contribute to growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the overall tender response process, including European contracts and manage associated pricing on the bespoke systems
* Acting as primary Tender / Contracts and Pricing contact for the company’s European customers.
* Acting as primary conduit between Tender portals, customer and company sales / clinical team
* Administering Tender Search service (including updating of key search terms) and disseminating any search results to relevant EMEA team members
Role Requirements:
* Proven experiences of sales or tender bidding processes, preferably with NHS or equivalent EU member state Health services. Preferably knowledge of EU Procurement legislation and/or basic contract law
* A background in Sales, contracting, business support roles - finance, customer services, procurement
* Preference will be given to candidates who have fluent written and spoken skills in one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish & German
