Description
PROJECT MANAGER - SAP - HR - PAYROLL - SUCCESSFACTORSClient based in Surrey requires a Project Manager with excellent experience in managing and implementing SAP HR Projects (Payroll), Interfaces and ideally Successfactors.
Manage SAP HR Payroll interface and the role out of the Talent management System to all EMEA employees and SAP core systems but also support a global initiative.
Skills and experience needed:
* Demonstrable success in HR project delivery with a particular focus on, but not limited to, HRIS application related work from design, through realisation and closure.
* Experience of SAP HR (Payroll) and Interfaces
* Experience with SuccessFactors is desirable.
* Proven communications planning and execution experience
* Knowledge of and able to apply project management tools and processes
* Proven ability to work with project teams across multiple locations.
* Experience of HR projects implementation; both HRIS and other non technical HRIS projects
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal presentation
* Good stakeholder relationship management
* Good time management skills, experience in managing a number of tasks concurrently with the ability to prioritise as required
* Able to create a sense of community amongst disparate members of the project teams
* Able to apply analytical approach to problem solving
* Able to manage and operate within budgets and expenditure targets.
