My client a well known pharmaceutical company is looking for candidate to work within their IT division in Zuchwil. They are looking to recruit a Business System Engineer .Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
Primary Tasks and responsibilities

3rd Line support (troubleshooting, incident management, debugging)
* Server monitoring, administration and operation, mainly Exchange and MS SQL Server
* Design & deploy solutions
* Project related site deployment and integration
* Integrate solutions together with other application teams
* Executing planned maintenance (security patching, operating system and tooling upgrades, …)
* Performance monitoring & tuning
* Improvement and extension of operational stability
* Creation and improvements of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and QA documentation
* Disaster recovery design & support activities
Non-Technical profile requirements
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
- On-call permanency is possible Methodology/Certification requirements
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Server technologies, Exchange, MS SQL and Powershell scripts
- Microsoft MCSE, MCITP or MCSA on Windows Server technologies
- Experience with Linux is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR Federal Diploma in Information Technology . Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
