Sales Force MI Analyst required by leading house hold name company.
The successful candidate would be responsible for the:
- Lead on the creation of Salesforce reporting for the Authorisations division, responding to specifications set within our team, and those of our business stakeholders.
- Support the MI and QA team (8 staff) by providing desk side assistance as we learn the ropes of Salesforce, and occasional learn at lunch sessions as necessary. Outputs would include operational MI for teams and Dashboards, quality assurance MI, plus occasional bespoke analysis to help us understand the application of our risk appetite.
- Contribute to the analysis of our outputs, with potential for presenting the findings depending on the successful candidate
- We welcome curiosity in analysis, and would welcome input from the contractor on types of analysis that would be beneficial.
- Depending on bandwidth, the contractor would also be asked to help improve the efficiency of existing Excel-based reporting. Salesforce reporting is the primary line of business, however.
