My client is urgently seeking an interim HR Bid Director to support a major bid/acquisition from a people and HR perspective
You will contribute to the people plan and offering that will be presented, articulate and proposed with the aim to win the contract and services. If this does happen then mobilisation will take place in March 2015 and you will take the lead from a TUPE, culture change, integration perspective
It is important you have not just worked at Head of HR/HRD level before but that you have experience in writing, presenting and prosing bids including the full people strategy and offering
This is an extremely high profile large tender involving large employee numbers and complexities.
