My client a rapid growing consultancy with an international presence is looking for Workday function and Technical consultant who can handle the pressure, work at a fast pace and who can always deliver. Location: London
At least 3+ years very strong function and technical workday experience focusing in core HCM implementations to be comparable - i.e. data conversion, integration, test & prototype etc.
International Core HR Lead / Support):
* Drive out the International HCM solution linking APAC & EMEA with Chris and the Global/US team
* Provide Core HR functional and technical assistance and SME input as required - Providing Core HR troubleshooting & additional support e.g.
o Helping workstreams complete configuration, business process and data conversion workbooks during the architecture phase and refine requirements up to P2
o Helping workstreams build out more detailed project plans for upcoming phases i.e. test & deployment
o Core HR FIT GAP solution lead
* Help define Prototype & Test Strategy and drive activities forward (primary focus on International Core HR activities)
* Review and assess current data conversion & archive strategies and associated considerations and impacts
