Senior Finance Manager - Cost Analysis - Financial Services - London

My client, a leading Financial Services company, are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager, to lead a team of finance professionals to shape cost operating models and influencing key stakeholders.

Overview
The role is responsible for regular and insightful cost analysis and will develop effective relationships across the Group at all levels, ensure appropriate use of cost insight to influence stakeholders, and support strategic and commercial decision making.

Requirements
Qualified Accountant
* Finance professional with strong business knowledge and acumen, market awareness and knowledge of the Risk & Regulatory Framework
* Outstanding intellectual and analytical ability, with attention to detail to ensure very high standard of information integrity
* Strong Relationship Management Skills, with the ability to build networks, challenge, Influence and agree actions.
* Ability to ensure robust and accurate processes are put in place, controlled, and continually improved
* Knowledge of and interest in the overall Group and individual Divisions and the themes that are shaping it
* Strong understanding of market and banking/financial services industry environment (commercial awareness)
* Robust knowledge of finance systems used, excel and PowerPoint
* Strong process management skills, with ability to lead and implement change
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership and relationship management skills
* Attention to detail to ensure very high standard of information integrity
* Self motivation and proactive approach, bringing innovation to problem solving
