Description
Reporting in to the Service / Nurse Manager for the CSU, the successful candidate will be an experienced Nurse or Nursing Support Officer (Band 6) with exposure to the NHS CHC framework.The postholder will undertake statutory reviews and ensure that patient and end client needs are met in line with regulations, work with Provider to develop robust assessment processes, provide records in line with NMC standards, collate evidence using the DST (Decision Support Tool) and present relevant information to the relevant panels and Management.
In addition to this, you will co-ordinate the fast-tracking of patients and act as the CHC advisor for Divisional Managers, Operations Managers and Nursing professionals. The successful candidate will come from a Nursing background and be well versed in the NHS CHC framework. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to influence Managers, Clinicians and external stakeholders.

This interim assignment is for 6 months and is paying a competitive daily rate in the region of £200 per day (circa £50,000 pro rata).
