The prime accountability of this position is, in accordance with business requirements, to support the Business Incident Communications Lead in all aspects relating to customer and operational communications required as part of business incident management (BIM).

Customer communications includes:
Account notes, bill messages, direct mail (DM), email (eDM), SMS, outbound/inbound call Scripting, objection handling Scripting, web page updates and some consultant communications.

Operational Communications includes:
System Enhancement Communications, Planned System outages and functional issue communications.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Communications experience (working in large corporates is an advantage)
  • Experience in developing and managing business communications emanating from major technology programs implementing new systems.
  • Excellent English language (written and oral) communication skills and highly skilled in effective business writing.
  • Experience in writing and editing online material
  • Ability to build internal interpersonal network structures
