SharePoint Support Analyst x5

Our client a leading financial organisation in Belgium are currently searching for a number of SharePoint Support Analysts to act as the main contact with the users to provide guidance and support for all SharePoint related issues. We are searching for SharePoint Support Analysts with profound functional knowledge of SharePoint to be able to solve common requests and should also have the knowledge to understand what context SharePoint functionality is being used, for example how to use metadata.

SharePoint Experience:

- Profound functional knowledge of SharePoint.

List/library Settings functionality (using content types, metadata, views, and other settings)

Basic Site Settings functionality (navigation, recycle bin, Site Hierarchy, Portal Site Collection, People and Group, Site Permissions, Site columns, Site Content types)

Page editing, webpart usage on page, webpart settings.

Regional settings and languages, user alerts.

Standard SharePoint Workflows (and - if applicable - SharePoint Designer Workflows)

Search usage, search webparts

Metadata store

A good level of English accompanied by Dutch and/or French is required for this role as you will act as the main contact for the local users. As the main you should also be comfortable speaking to all levels of the organisation and should be able to present a solution quickly to the users.
