Stanton House are working with an Edinburgh based Investment Bank who have a need for a Senior Operations Manager/Securities Practitioner for a 6-12m contract.
They are looking for a Securities Practitioner/Consultant to help them embark on a huge programme of process reengineering. The objective is to look at all current ways of working with a view of automating work or seeing if it can it be done in a more efficient way? This is a huge project so attention to detail is imperative and also a track record of where this has been done before - ideally with several Investment Banks.
You will need to have experience in:-
- Performance Improvements
- Delivering Process Change
- Quality Enhancements
- Operational Control/Operational Risk Management
- Operational Readiness
- Securities expert knowledge
- Managing people through change - setting the vision and getting involved in the detail.
