Job descriptionWithin ICT Service Integration (Change Management Office) responsible for the administrative support within the release and change management processes to ensure a smooth and efficient completion of these activities and in close collaboration with other ICT services and suppliers.

The following tasks should be performed:
* Register/monitoring changes/releases with internal and external IT services.
* Change Process Flows by the entry into production of new software releases (releases)
* Perform Quality around the registration of changes and releases
* Reporting on outstanding issues
* Preparing the CAB agenda

Technical knowledge
* Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
* Familiar with IT terminology
* Knowledge of ITIL (change management) and process-based work is required
* Experience with LanDesk is a plus
. Good communication skills Assertive but polite.
. Works independently and spontaneously picks work
. Participates in team meetings, work effectively with colleagues, it is receptive to advice Minimum 3 years' experience in an ITIL-compliant process executive function
. Experience in administrative succession of change tickets
. Experience in release coordination is a plus
