Retrofit London Programme Manager, ERDF, Housing, Construction, Procurement, Contract, Enfield
My client has a much specialised piece of work and is seeking a retrofit Programme Manager to join their team for an initial 3-14 Month contract.
The ERDF project offers dedicated support, including one-to-one advice and workshops, to help businesses meet market entry requirements, develop plans to capitalise on new market opportunities and improve their chances of securing contracts or access grants and government backed initiatives to invest in energy efficiency retrofit.
You must have a proven track record in the following;
Experience of working in an Economic Development and Local Government environment
Knowledge and understanding of European Regional Development (ERDF) Funding requirements
Proven track record and experience of applying a project management methodology to successfully deliver projects to achieve outputs and other deliverables and within an agreed budget and timescale
Please note that for this position it is essential that you have ERDF experience managing big programmes.
