Our client, a top four UK Bank, are currently looking for a Customer Manager Analyst to work out of their Gloucester offices.
The successful Customer Manager Analyst candidate will have the following:-
- At least 5 years experience managing and leading projects
- Extensive experience dealing with mortgage retention to optimise balance growth and profitability
- Background and knowledge on Mortgage repayment and cessation
- Enhanced Excel abilities
- Ability to understand data and financial information
- Able to complete and manage presentations to senior stakeholders
A Mortgage Advisor without project experience or stakeholder management experience will not be suitable for this role.
