Change Manager - ITIL/Service/Management/Telecom/Release

For one of Norway's largest and most complex IT/Telecom projects, we require a Change Manager to ensure that any proposed hardware and software changes are implemented with minimal risk.

The Change Manager will prioritise all change requests and will form an advisory board for higher risk changes. This advisory board may consist of customer representatives, technical specialists, developers and user group managers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for logging all changes, ensuring they meet original expectations and management reporting.

This is a critical role on an important long term project. Applicants will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

A sound knowledge of telecoms and IT is required and an understanding of service delivery/ITIL is essential. Norwegian speaking candidates preferred.
