GCS Construction/Contract/Stansted Airport
GCS is currently recruiting for a Senior QS for a tier one main contractor. The successful candidate will look to manage approximately £10-£15 million worth of works across Stansted Airport. The individual projects will be a mixture of light civils and construction fit-out/refurbishment work. The candidate will be looking after a small team and will be managing multiple projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest tier one main contractor's in the UK.
The successful candidate will have:
- 6-7 years' experience within General Civils/Construction work
- Ability to undertake site measures when required
- Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
