Oracle Retail Functional Consultant
"The objectives with this role is to support the business in usage of Oracle Retail and close process and system gaps.
- Interact with super-user to understand and analyse key issues. Secure that super-users register incidents and service requests in relevant IM-tool.
- Perform analysis of assigned tickets and provide resolution. Interact with super-users to present reslutions to incidents.
- Identify opportunities to perform super-user training in order to reduce incident/defect volumes.
- Assist in developing and execute training plans for super users.
