Description
My client, a leading Brokerage Firm is looking for a Junior Operations Control Officer to join them on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.
The role will entail providing expertise to the operational teams during the RCSA process in assessing the adequacy of controls and processes. You will be expected to produce detailed process reviews and ensure key risks and related mitigating controls have been captured into a Control Improvement Plan. There will be an element of actively monitoring and progress reporting of open RCA's Audit, Risk, Compliance and Incident Management open issues.
The Ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Good knowledge of Risk and Compliance
Ability to produce process maps
Knowledge of operational trade flows
RCSA experience essential
This will be an initial 3 month assignment with a view to go Permanent.
