Our client is an international organization and an English speaking site. They are looking for a integration Architect to do an assessment and develop some integration patterns for custom Ruby development that is integrated with their, Data warehouse, and Oracle BI, Ruby on Rails, Felexcube and Sharepont. The role involves looking at the architecture and integrations and make recommendations on methods to address current constraint on the system and implement changes.

Key requirements:

Infrastructure: to review existing infrastructure related components such as Directory Services, and give feedback regarding any changes or enhancements required to better support integrated solutions.

Design: To advise on design patterns identified for application systems that support the enterprise architectures, application integration, application architecture, and data architecture approach recommended.

Security Engineering: to ensure proposed integration patterns and guidance are consistent with application security best practice as well as organisation existing security infrastructure. If additional security infrastructure is required to help ensure secure computing within the organisation WAN/LAN, then the guidance provided should include identifying the additional security components recommended.

Architecture: Candidate shall provide the analysis, standards, decision support, and enterprise, system, application, and data architectures that deliver practical, timely, and cost effective solutions for the organisation in support of the following:

System/Enterprise Architecture

Network Architecture

Application Architecture

Data Architecture

Integration: The assessment should look at the six most common integration approaches and provide guidance on when these approach should be used:

Application Integration Portal

Data Replication

Shared Business Functions

Service-Oriented Architectures

Distributed Business Processes

Business-to-Business Integration
