Description
PM service IT projects and incident resolution- Proactively work with operational business partners to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as requirements for issues
- Lead cross functional teams to meet project goals and ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence
- Manage and communicate project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved
- Represent the operational business users with IT partners
- Assist with small project/business requirement planning activities
- Develops and review project status and reports
- Assist with user acceptance testing as required
- Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement
- Some evenings and late night meetings may be required
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
Understand end to end IT service system architecture. Solid IVR, ACD, and Oracle release 12 is required, solid Project Management experience is also needed
