Description
Our direct client in the North East Cleveland area is looking for a Senior Data Analyst for a 12 month contract. The team is responsible for workforce planning and reporting.Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the collection of data and define data management approaches
- Importing, cleaning, and validating data in SharePoint or other databases designed for this purpose or from existing SharePoint, SQL and other data sources used by the management teams
- Conducting and presenting analysis conclusions and recommendations in spreadsheets charts or graphs.
- Working with Program Management in support of Program metrics, analysis and reporting associated to demand/supply planning.
Includes but is not limited to:
- Utilization tracking
- Resource role demand and role/mix forecasting
- Forecasting accuracy analysis
- Resource skills tracking
- Working with PMs to clarify resource needs and constraints and analyze alternative staffing solutions.
- Writing reports, and answering questions concerning the staffing supply/demand.
Required:
- Excel
- SQL
- Sharepoint - Sharepoint experience required is light form and list development (not full blown web parts). Knowledge of how to extract and/or link data from Sharepoint site into other data sources.
