Change Manager needed to join a new Global SAP project based in Prague.
My client is currently in an SAP transformation programme and requires a people related change manager to promote this change.
Skills:
- Previous Change Management experience in SAP projects
- Change management expertise eg management practices/tools, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
- International experience and intercultural competence
- Stakeholder management
- Training key users
- Develop internal communication
