Your tasks:
- Lead the identification and prioritization of strategic opportunities to enhance and expand product value proposition (payers, prescribers, patients, and policymakers) for product/s, including life cycle management opportunities
- Collaborate with relevant colleagues across Global Marekt Access to successfully address such opportunities
- Provide expertise in market access with an understanding of the role and influence of market access in product development and lifecycle management
- Strategic initiatives within Global Market Access, across the Global Value Team and Shire to ensure the strategy for the product/s are adapted to maximize the commercial success of the product
- Understand and apply the payer-relevant outcomes as it applies to specific therapeutic classes
- Senior role, tasks in project management field, leading a team and serving as an expert for the product
- Working in the capacity of Global Value Strategy Lead, attending product team meetings (on site or VC)
- Developing the market access strategy and will work closely with regional Market Access leads
Your qualifications
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualification ideally Medical or Pharmacy, MBA (or equivalent) would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Basic understanding of pricing
- Able to demonstrate strategic leadership and vision and confidence to lead a team
- Experience of developing an agenda, leading and driving meetings and ensuring the project is progressed between meeting
- Ideally familiar at working within a cross functional team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills and industry Market Access experience are essential
