SLS Engineer/2nd line support/Back Office Transmission
Tangent are looking for 2nd line support consultants who have a Transmission background. SIAE/Troubleshooting/Huawei experience all needed. Technically advise and support the end customer for Transmission related issues, Support Site Engineer/Construction Leaders etc. for linkchanges, Change Management procedures, planning SIAE and E///TN link build activities. Support Field Engineers, Switch Engineers and NOC Back Office regarding SIAE troubleshooting for link build, -change and link outages. Configuring Huawei PTN at FttS, Leased Lines and Microwave sites. Configuring 3G IP, re-routing and troubleshooting. Executing network configuration changes like additional E1, VLAN changes, etc. Configuring Circuit Emulation paths. Executing linkchanges and remote upgrades. Supporting the design teams for special site configurations w.r.t. Huawei PTN, Microwave at eg large public indoors. Product knowledge: Huawei PTN, ATN950B. Huawei U2000 management system. SIAE Microwave ALCplus2e. SIAE NMS5UX/Go Global management system. Ericsson Microwave Traffic Node. Ericsson OSS management system.
