Real Staffing are looking to recruit an experienced Reports Developer in a highly reputable University in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging project that will make a great addition to your CV.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop performance metrics from available Remedy data. Develop and/or standardize procedures for Remedy usage in order to measure performance.
- Establish and provide Operations baseline and benchmark data/reports to management as requested using provided templates.
- Generate data required from SQL databases using Analytics reporting to produce reports on programs, projects, product, or service as requested by senior management
- Export data to a usable format (e.g. Access, SQL, Excel, etc.) to support the creation of all performance management related reports. Establish processes to evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of service delivery.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office Tools including, Access, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, etc.
- Creative ability
- Remedy ITSM
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server.
- Experience with Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
- Understanding of SQL Performance Tuning and optimization techniques
