Office Administration required immediately for a 6 month contract based in Newbury.
The role is serving two elements; general administration and project support and administration. Responsibilities will include leasing with facilities management to organise replenishment of stationery stock items. Handling and processing purchase orders.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
*Secretarial/professional administrative experience
*Excellent communication skills at all levels
*Able to work under pressure
*Flexible with the ability to work independently and use own initiative
*Attention to details and accuracy
*Able to prioritise
