Global Bank - Organisation Design - People and Change - Operating Models
My client a Global Universal Bank is undergoing a Global Organisational re structure and are looking for a Senior Change professional who has strong experience in Organisation Design. You will be looking at designing the Target Operating Model to rebuild the structure, layering and span of control for the Organisation. Following this you will be expected to implement and then embed the change the model.
For this position you will need to have a strong understanding of how people experience change and change management processes, the Global Change Delivery frameworks, methodologies & best practice techniques, issues facing banking and financial services with the ability to understand the direction and change plans and senior stakeholder management across change and business communities.
Experience needed for this role:
- Programme Management experience covering large multi country, multi site implementations.
- Experience and knowledge of applying change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience of developing change management strategies encompassing:
- Analysis of change impacts
- Stakeholder Management
- Audience Analysis
- Organisational Design
- Operational Design
- Resistance Management
- Managing change networks
- Communication Planning
- Training delivery

- Able to influence a large group of individuals to translate academic learning into practical application.
