FIX Application Support Analyst - Immediate interviewsFIX Application specialist analyst is required by one of my financial services clients based within the heart of London. This banking client of mine has a growing demand to bring on a contract FIX application analyst with a strong skill set within Unix and Linux to work within their futures application support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a FIX Application support analyst with strong business knowledge or experience within Futures and Commodities to work for a very strong team that is looking to enhance the banks applications. As the FIX application support analyst with experience in futures and commodities you will be working closely with a large support team to test client and server side applications before installation and upgrades take place.
My clients Application Support Team is structured to provide efficient solutions for the business so you will be required to work across front, middle and back office applications as well as working closely with the traders to resolve any trading or clearing related issues.
This is a contract position with the current market rates.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience with UL link - UL Bridge FIX Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Unix and Linux
- Solid FIX knowledge is a mandatory requirement
- Sound business knowledge of Futures or commodities
- Proven background within market data such as Reuters and Bloomberg
- Knowledge of Fidessa is highly beneficial but is not a requirement
