Description
My client is looking to bring on a number of Fund/WRAP administrators to reconcile all holdings with Fund Manager/Stockbroker records, identifying stock breaks and contacting Fund Managers for documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting of Fund Manager valuations to spreadsheets
- Ensuring all Fund Manager valuations are received by agreed SLA's
- Reconciling Internal positions with Fund Manager/Certificate position and identify exceptions
- Investigation of exceptions to ensure resolution
- Escalation to line manager of suspected transactional issues, failures or potential losses, to ensure that ageing transactions are monitored.
- Work in full compliance with established processes.
- Operating within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards
Essential:
- Previous experience in Financial Services
- Reconciliations Experience
Desirable:
- Experience of stock reconciliation functions
- Experience of working to strict deadlines, targets, service level agreements
- Be able to take ownership of resolving issues
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite particularly Excel
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong client focus with successful experience in delivering client satisfaction
