Contract Customer Care - Administration Assistant is required by our client, a leading provider of IT Services and technical solutions based in Bracknell.

They now require an outgoing and personable individual to play a key role in extending excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

This will include:

  • Customer Reception, including morning setup, greeting of customers, catering, facility preparation and other logistical details as assigned
  • Identifying appropriate presenters and executives for individual meetings
  • Gathering feedback from surveys gained from the customer/prospect, account team and presenters.
  • Familiarity of hardware/equipment onsite, and initiate and escalate as required for support
  • Become familiar and master SalesForce for intake and CBC metrics

To be considered for this role you would have gained previous experience in a similar role where you could be the Customer Champion. You will have excellent time management and organizational skills combined with excellent communication and listening skills.

You will be comfortable dealing with senior level executives and ideally have a number of years' experience in a sales and/or marketing role. Good skills with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint are also required.
