Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for an Operations Excellence Expert to support the transition of a chemical site into a bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. They will take part in large projects as well as ensure continued operations excellence and transformation.Role
• Identify, lead, support or mentor improvement opportunities in the manufacturing of bio-pharmaceuticals.
• Drive 'Performance Management With Process' measures in place and in use, define KPIs, improve performance dashboards.
• Increase productivity; ensure productivity measures in place/in use.
• Ensure ROI for projects initiated.
• Coach and support improvement projects managers.
• Drive Right First time mindset.
Education
• University Degree
• Ideally Black Belt certified
Knowledge
• Good understanding of Bio-pharmaceutical Manufacturing environments.
• Mastering in Operations Excellence principles, tools, methodologies and applications.
Experience
• Solid experience in operations in an biopharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Experience in process improvement
• Outstanding experience in lean methodology and/or six sigma implementations.
• Fluent French language skills are essential
