Senior Project Engineer - CMMSOur bio-pharmaceutical client is looking for a senior project engineer or project manager to support them with the implementation of their first Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Location: Germany
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Role:
• Lead the full project lifecycle for the acquisition of a new CMMS system.
• Establish correct specifications based on URS and site growth plans.
• Support the installation of the new Blue Mountain system - excellent communication skills required for liaison with the USA supplier.
• Work closely with the site maintenance team to complete set up of the system including safety documentation, tooling, buildings and equipment.
• Carry out CMMS validation ensuring that the work flow is optimised where possible to ensure that all maintenance work is managed in a planned and controlled manner including: Statutory, Preventative and breakdown Maintenance and Defect Rectification
• Management and, co-ordination of all training on the Blue Mountain maintenance management system.
• Establish best practice in operations and maintenance with associated data collection and knowledge dissemination.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience working in the (bio-) pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• A strong background working in maintenance and service functions desired.
• Previous experience of CMMS rollouts required - Blue Mountain or Maximo.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, previous experience with international projects/teams advantageous.
• Fluent German and English language skills required.
