For our client in the Planning & Logistic sector we are currently looking for several Warehouse service supporters

The sector Planning & Logistics is responsible for the production of wafer steppers and scanners as well as purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. The Warehouse service department within Manufacturing is responsible for the delivery and classification of the various materials and modules of our client systems according to strict quality standards. Also supporting various actions at customer sites worldwide.

To maintain the material flow and reduce damage and loss of materials. To actively support output and stock maintenance at the Work Centers whilst actively seeking improvement in these processes. To support actions at customer sites worldwide when necessary. To drive the standard of quality to a higher level

Job Description

* Receipt: Ensures timely delivery of materials from suppliers. Signals and communicates differences in product description serial numbers etc . Takes action to solve differences.. Stock management: Has ownership of storage locations in the work center and staging area.. Books and releases modules on storage. Ensures correct stock management. Signals and corrects differences in storage and stock.. Troubleshooting: Solves shortages, pick errors and wrong deliverances together with Helpdesk of the Warehouse and Production Planner etc.. Administration: Processes various transactions in administrative systems.. Return: Deals with goods to be returned and takes care of packing of these goods.. Defects: Deals quickly and correctly with defects.. Sharing knowledge: Takes knowledge of new and existing processes and safety aspects and shares this knowledge with colleagues in the Work Centers. Points out the correct use of logistic systems to colleagues.. Locks and unlocks various modules for production.. Handling and transport of chemicals within our clients company.. Supports in technical and logistic aspects world wide

Skills:

• MBO+/HBO in the field of mechanical engineering, logistics, supply chain, business administratio
• Having worked in the field of logistics and technical is is required. Additional experience such as motor mechanic, heavy/low current mechanic, gas fitter or workshop manager is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics and technology;. Good social skills;. Responsible;. Able to speak and write Dutch and English fluently;. Must be willing to travel to client locations (approximately 30%).
